Smethport's Jeff Andrulonis, President & CEO, Colonial Media + Entertainment.Smethport’s Jeff Andrulonis, President & CEO of Colonial Media + Entertainment, has announced that downtown Bradford now has another new business and the Olean Center Mall is getting a showplace broadcast facility thanks to the company’s growth.

An historic building at 53 Main Street in downtown Bradford was recently purchased by Andrulonis, who is leasing the building back to Colonial Media + Entertainment for use as a studio and sales office for the Company’s Quaker State Broadcasting division. The historic building at 53 Main Street was constructed in 1914 and is newly renovated throughout. It previously served as the Tuna Valley Savings and Loan and a law office before being converted for use by the Quaker State Broadcasting division.

Meanwhile, the Company’s Olean Radio Group has moved out of One Bluebird Square and is now starting construction on a showplace broadcast facility inside the Olean Center Mall. When construction is completed in early November, the Olean Center Mall facility will include a state-of-the-art broadcasting studio along with sales offices.

Andrulonis says the facility changes were brought about by a recent reorganization of the company’s properties in the Twin Tiers into two divisions: “We really became a victim of our own successes… Colonial is so much more than just Radio stations – we’re really an Integrated Marketing organization event marketing, digital and social media applications, community and specialty websites, and sports marketing.”

The Quaker State Broadcasting division is headquartered in Bradford and operates the two stations focused on McKean County: Bob 103.9 (Country) and 95.3/99.3 Hot FM (Hot AC).

The Olean Radio Group is headquartered in Olean and operates The Mountain @ 106.3 & 98.7 (Adult Hits), WVTT NewsRadio 93.9 (News/Talk), V96.7 (Hot AC), and Eagle 99.1 (Country).

The Quaker State Broadcasting division is headed by Market Manager Toni Kloss, a Bradfordian who has been with the Company since 2013. And the Olean Radio Group division is headed by Market Manager Megan Simms, a Smethport native who has been with the Company since 2012 and also serves as Director of Sales for the entire Company. Both Kloss and Simms have close ties to the community and are actively involved in numerous community organizations and boards.
