Retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. George Tufts will speak at the Memorial Day services in Smethport May 26 following the parade, which begins at 10 a.m. The parade forms on West Willow and Center streets, continues to Mechanic Street and north to the Veterans Memorial Bridge for a tribute to naval personnel.
