New Artist Guild Formed

The Smethport Artists’ & Artisans’ Guild was formed on April 8 to cultivate and promote the creative arts and encourage community participation in visual and performing arts. Hosted at the Keppel Stone Works Studio, the new Guild drafted bylaws governing its activities, which are expected to include exhibitions, performances, shows, workshops and demonstrations.
