Matting and Framing Tips - Tuesday, November 4th

Roger Peters of Bradford will bring his 30 years of framing experience to Smethport and offer those attending a chance to learn answers to questions such ”How do I choose the perfect matt color for my photograph?” Roger’s presentation will take place in the Smethport High School ART ROOM during the regular monthy meeting of SCAL, the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
