Memorial Tree Planted in Gerry Coleman’s Memory

Friends of John “Gerry” Coleman gathered on April 27, 2008 to plant a swamp white oak in his memory on Arbor Day. Gerry passed away on March 21, 2005.

The Smethport Shade Tree Committee assisted in the selection of the tree species and the planting site on Hamlin Lake Island.
