Magisterial District Judge Bill Todd of Smethport Wins McKean County Jeopardy

Magisterial District Judge Bill Todd of Smethport accumulated an imaginary $3,300 Thursday evening to win McKean County Jeopardy, sponsored by the McKean County Historical Society and held at the courthouse.

This quiz program was based on the popular NBC show, “Jeopardy,” in which Todd and the other contestants, Deborah Babcox, a Smethport attorney and former county family law master, and Sally Costik, curator of the Bradford Landmark Society, fielded clues about county history in the form of answers, requiring the players to phrase their responses in the form of questions.
