Meeting Minutes for January 20, 2011

Michelle will e-mail Notices for membership dues with a membership form attached as PDF. She also gave us the financial report.
Sally will call Steve Brougham, we are hoping, that he will ascertain our trail head coordinates so they can be made available on our web-site.
Corky has offered to have a cook out and hot coco with sledding, tubing, cross country skiing, snow showing and hiking at his place. Michelle and Claudia will donate hot dogs and buns. This event is to be held February 13th at 1:30pm on 301Hamlin Street. Participants are to bring their own equipment. Parking is available at the country club or on Hamlin Street.
Curt suggested that in addition to the borough’s master plan we could write grants of our own, possibly from funds for rails to trails. Debbie Lunden might be able to help us with her expertise.
Our next meeting will be Thursday February 17, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Senior Center.
